What data do we collect?
Stichting Cyber Friendly collects the following data through forms:
- personal information such as: name, birth information, email address and phone number,
- application information such as: formal documents information, personal information about your background, education and personal preferences regarding a possible internship and/or job,
- business information such as: company name, personal information and company information.
Stichting Cyber Friendly additionally collects data about your activities on the website.How do we collect this information?
We collect data from the form when you:
- make a contact request via the contact form,
- send us information to consider a job application,
- makes a request to contact us regarding a business inquiry.

We collect your activities on our website with Google Analytics. A processing agreement has been concluded with Google. Under no circumstances do we share data with Google. The data is processed anonymously and is not used for advertising purposes. Analytical cookies are placed for this purpose.
How do we use the data?
Stichting Cyber Friendly collects the data from the form so that we can:

Stichting Cyber Friendly keeps the received data on a local secure environment and/or on the mailbox especially set up for this purpose.
Stichting Cyber Friendly keeps the personal data for one year after sending this data to us or, upon explicit request, we delete it immediately after the contact has been established or, if we agree, we store the data longer for a specific purpose in the future. When the retention period is over, and no other agreements have been made, we delete the data in our regular deletion process.
Stichting Cyber Friendly keeps the application information, the information on formal documents, the personal information on background, education and personal preferences regarding a possible internship and/or job for one month after a decision has been made on whether to proceed with that internship and/or job, at your request we delete the information immediately after a decision has been made that it will not proceed. If we continue in the process of reaching an employment contract or internship placement or we agree that the data should be kept for a specific reason or purpose in the future, we will store the data longer. When the retention period has ended, and no specific other agreements have been made about retention, the data is deleted in our regular deletion process.
Stichting Cyber Friendly keeps the business data for one year after sending this data to us or, upon explicit request, we delete it immediately after the contact has been established or, if we agree, we store the data longer for a specific purpose in the future.
